Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist - PRN to support Medical Clinics in Centennial, CO. You will perform venipuncture and capillary collections for all ages, enter patient data, and assist with billing when needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, with phlebotomy certification or training preferred and 3+ months of experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program preferred.
• 3+ months of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Must pass color blindness test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Be able to work across Denver Metro & surrounding areas.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to patients.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
