Position Details

Role: PRN Emergency Medicine Physician (MD or DO)

Academic Rank: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor

Location: Fairmont, WV at Fairmont Medical Center

Depending on operational needs, the candidate may also work at additional sites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, with travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Practice in emergency medicine
• Provide excellent patient care
• Participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent
• Eligible for state medical license
• Completed emergency medicine residency and/or fellowship
• ABEM board certified or eligible in WV
• All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment
