Job summary

HCA Florida Brandon Hospital is seeking an Echo Cardiographer to join our team as a PRN position. You will perform echocardiographic and non-invasive cardiology exams and prepare patients for procedures, ensuring accurate documentation for physicians.

Qualifications

• High school or GED; Associate’s degree preferred
• Registry required within one year of hire date with Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS) or The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDCS)
• CPR required
• One year of experience
• Basic computer skills, ultrasound equipment and probes
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• High School Graduate / GED
• (RDCS) Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, or (RCS) Registered Cardiac Sonographer must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
