Job summary

Grafton Integrated Health Network in Virginia is seeking a part-time, PRN Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist to deliver developmental SLP services to birth-to-three children in home and community settings. You’ll work with families, clinicians, and across teams to implement IFSP goals, document care, and support functional skills and daily living activities.

We provide administrative support, equipment, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Virginia licensure.
• Experience in early intervention with children birth to three.
• Ability to obtain EI Professional Certificate within two weeks.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide developmental speech-language services in natural home settings.
• Follow IFSP goals and document services in electronic records.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Initiate services within 30 days of IFSP.
• Attend monthly staff meetings.
