Job summary

Methodist Mansfield Medical Center is seeking a Dietary Clerk to support patient meals by coordinating with nursing units, dietitians and Food & Nutrition Services to ensure accurate menu selections per diet prescriptions.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; 6 months of restaurant or institutional experience preferred. Work is PRN with variable hours, including weekends.

Your Job:In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Dietary Clerk is responsible for communications between the nursing units, dietitians and Food & Nutrition Services regarding patient menus, diet changes and general patient services. Ensures that patient receive appropriate selections per diet prescription.
