• Direct patient care under supervision; initiate and discontinue dialysis per orders.
• Record vitals, weight, and vascular access; report abnormalities.
• Set up, operate, and perform safety checks on dialysis machines; administer heparin as allowed by state law.
• Document treatment details and prepare laboratory specimens as prescribed.
• Deliver excellent service to patients, families, and staff; maintain a safe, clean work environment.
