Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a PRN Dialysis Technician to provide hands-on dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will support safe treatments, monitor patient vitals, and help maintain quality care in a clinical setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, dialysis and CPR certifications, and at least two years of dialysis technician experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to thrive in our collaborative care model.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under supervision, initiating and discontinuing dialysis per orders.
• Obtain and document pre- and post-treatment vitals, weight, and access assessments.
• Set up, operate, and perform safety checks on hemodialysis machines; administer heparin as permitted by state law.
• Accurately document patient treatment details and prepare laboratory specimens as prescribed.
• Deliver excellent service to patients, families and staff, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

The PRN Dialysis Technician functions as part of the hemodialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients. Works under the supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with Concerto’s policies, procedures, and training and in compliance with regulations set for by state and federal agencies.What Will You Do?1.
