Job summary

Concerto Renal Services in Streetsboro, OH is seeking a PRN Dialysis Nurse to join our team. You will provide direct hemodialysis care, educate patients on renal health, and supervise dialysis technicians while ensuring adherence to clinical standards and regulations.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient responses, adjusting treatment plans, coordinating with physicians, and maintaining accurate documentation. A nursing degree and active RN license are required, along with BLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State RN license or compact license.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum of 3 months dialysis experience required.
• BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct hemodialysis care, assesses patients, administers medications, and educates patients on renal health and self-care.
• Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians, supervises their performance, and ensures compliance with clinical standards.
• Monitors patient response to dialysis, adjusts treatment plans as needed, and documents interventions and outcomes.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care and report lab results.
• Maintains accurate electronic medical records and adheres to safety and regulatory protocols.
