Job summary

BJC Medical Group is seeking a Registered Diagnostic Sonographer for PRN opportunities. The role involves performing ultrasound imaging, including abdominal and obstetric studies, with on-call and portable exams as needed.

You will operate imaging equipment and document results, serving adult and pediatric patients across assigned sites. The position supports coverage in Shiloh, Alton, and select Missouri locations, with day shift hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or trade school equivalent.
• RDMS or equivalent certification preferred.
• On-call or portable exams experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper function and readiness of imaging equipment.
• Performs ultrasound imaging examinations and documents procedures.
• May perform studies on-call, portable exams, and at other sites as required.
