Job summary

QualDerm Partners is seeking a Dermatology Medical Assistant to join our Skin Surgery Center in Hickory, NC. You will support providers, prepare patients for examinations, record vital signs, and help maintain a smooth dermatology clinic workflow to deliver exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification is preferred, with prior clinical experience and familiarity with dermatology terms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant or in a clinical setting is desirable.
• Understanding of medical terminology, especially in dermatology.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and basic office applications is a plus.

What You'll Do
