Job summary

Tend is seeking a PRN Associate Dentist to deliver high-quality, hospitality-infused dental care in Tend’s modern, digitally enabled studio environment. You’ll diagnose a wide range of procedures and lead comprehensive examinations, balancing clinical excellence with a warm member experience.

As a PRN clinician, you’ll work shifts as needed, with a favorable day rate and no minimum hours. Candidates must hold a DDS/DMD, be licensed in the state, and be able to work PRN shifts in a dynamic team

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current, active dental license in the state you’re applying for.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Active DEA registration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience (post-residency) in private practice, DSO, or similar setting.
• Comfort with modern technology and a willingness to adopt digital workflows.
• Availability to work PRN shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services — including restorative care such as inlays/onlays, crowns, veneers, endodontics, extractions, implants, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Lead comprehensive exams that diagnose the whole person, ensuring patients leave informed about their conditions and solutions.
• Develop thoughtful, member-centered treatment plans grounded in clinical findings and risk assessment.
• Diagnose and treat TMJ-related conditions, including the delivery of therapeutic Botox as part of care.
• Manage a productive schedule and collaborate with studio teams to balance operative procedures, hygiene checks, and same-day care.
