Job summary

Tend is seeking PRN Associate Dentists to join its hospitality-minded dental practice. You’ll work in a modern, fully equipped studio with a warm, experienced team, treating a full scope of operative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures while diagnosing the whole person.

As a PRN per diem provider, you’ll pick shifts as needed, with a guaranteed day rate of 900–1000 USD. There are no minimum hours or leadership duties—just deliver exceptional clinical care whenever and wherever Tend needs you.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current, active dental license in the state you’re applying for.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Active DEA registration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience (post-residency) in private practice, DSO, or similar setting.
• Availability to work PRN shifts.
• Comfort with modern technology and willingness to adopt digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services including restorative and cosmetic dentistry in a digitally enabled studio.
• Lead comprehensive exams diagnosing the whole person to inform treatment options.
• Develop thoughtful treatment plans grounded in clinical findings and risk assessment.
• Diagnose and treat TMJ-related conditions, including Botox as part of comprehensive care.
• Identify opportunities for aligner therapy and provide related treatment planning and follow-up care.
• Manage schedules and collaborate with studio teams to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
