Job summary

Sacred Circle Healthcare is seeking a PRN Dental Assistant to provide professional dental care under the supervision of the DMD/DDS. The role supports clinicians, coordinates patient care, and serves as the primary liaison between patients and staff in the Dentistry department.

The ideal candidate will have a High school diploma or GED, 2 years of DA experience (or 1 year if DA-certified with externship), CPR certification, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality in a Native

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years of DA experience or one (1) year of experience if DA Certified from a training program with externship hours.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Experience working with Native American community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills patient care responsibilities as assigned that may include checking schedules and organizing patient flow.
• Prepares patients for examination and treatment.
• Assists the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Takes dental x-rays.
• Prepares instruments for procedures and sterilization; maintains clean treatment areas.
