R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration for PRN shifts at Ascension All Saints Hospital. You will be the friendly first face patients meet at check-in, guiding them through the registration process and answering questions with confidence and compassion.

You’ll work across multiple systems, gather accurate information quickly, and support patients who may be stressed. Training is provided, making this a strong entry point into healthcare careers.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience required; healthcare background not required.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.
• Preferred healthcare exposure, but not mandatory.

For this US‑based position, the base pay range is $16.00 - $21.10 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
