R1 RCM, Inc. is seeking a Patient Registration Customer Service Representative for Ascension St. Thomas Hickman. You will greet patients at check-in, help them navigate the registration process, and collect accurate information in a fast-paced environment.

Training is provided; this PRN role includes on-call shifts and a base pay range of $16.00–$21.10 per hour. You’ll support patients and learn hospital workflows while delivering compassionate service.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.00 - $21.10 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
