R1 RCM, Inc. is seeking a Patient Registration Customer Service Representative in a hospital setting. You will be the first friendly face patients meet when they check into the hospital, helping them navigate the registration process and answer questions with confidence and compassion.

No healthcare background? No problem. We’ll train you and you’ll learn healthcare workflows, insurance basics, and patient care support as you embark on a meaningful healthcare career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service experience required.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.

Shift: PRN - as needed, minimum 48 hours required a month, 24 hours on call, additional shifts available

For this US‑based position, the base pay range is $14.50 - $18.99 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
