Job summary

Medical City Arlington is seeking a CT Technologist PRN to perform routine and specialized CT imaging, ensuring high-quality scans for diagnosis and treatment. You will work evenings, nights, and weekends, joining a large hospital family within the HCAHealthcare network.

The ideal candidate holds a TX MRT license, ARRT CT credential, and BLS; graduates from an accredited Radiologic Technology program are encouraged to apply. This PRN role supports patient care with safety and compassion.

Qualifications

• Current License as an MRT by the State of Texas is required.
• ARRT CT certification is required.
• BLS certification issued by AHA or Red Cross is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Compassionately assist and position patients on CT table.
• Start IVs for contrast injection when necessary.
• Assess image quality and adjust settings as needed.
• Release patients with proper post-procedure instructions.
• Turn over and prepare the room using aseptic technique between patients.
• Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
