Qualifications

• Experience practicing independently preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain malpractice insurance.
• Dental anesthesia experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants.
• Collaborate with surgeons and dentists on anesthesia plans.
• Perform pre-operative assessments and maintain documentation.

Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant and fixed-prosthesis center, is looking for a skilled CRNA to join our team at our office in Baltimore, MD. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives. Our top priority is the satisfaction and well-being of our patients. We take immense pride in the life-changing dental implant treatments we provide, and nothing brings us more joy than witnessing the positive impact it has on our patients’ lives.

At Nuvia, our CRNAs are efficient with their time, self-motivated, and always prioritize patient safety. An ideal candidate has experience practicing independently and with nasal intubations; however, we are willing to train the right candidate. Our CRNAs are respected leaders in a positive, engaging culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work autonomously in partnership with the Oral Surgeon.

This position is PRN.

Report at 6:30 AM — First surgery starts at 7 AM.

1099 contractor.

• Hourly rate starts at $200/hr (rates are negotiated based on location and market)
• Delivering final-caliber implants, next-day (NO TEMP!!)

Education/Experience/Licensure

• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Valid certification as a CRNA
• Current RN licensure
• Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
• Ability to obtain and maintain malpractice insurance
• Dental anesthesia experience is helpful

Duties

• Administer anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants
• Collaborate with surgeons and dentists on anesthesia plans
• Ensure safe and effective anesthesia delivery
• Perform pre-operative assessments and patient education
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Stay updated with research in anesthesia techniques and medications
