Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. is seeking a PRN Respiratory Care Practitioner (CRT) to provide high-quality respiratory therapy for acute and critical care patients.

You will assess patients, develop and implement interventions, and deliver oxygen therapy and aerosol treatments under established protocols. You will manage ventilators under supervision, perform ABGs and spirometry as ordered, respond to respiratory emergencies, document in the EMR, educate patients and families, and collaborate

Formación

• Credentialed CRT with strong clinical assessment skills.
• Proficient in oxygen/aerosol therapy and ventilator management, ABGs and spirometry.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients' pulmonary status and develop/implement respiratory care interventions.
• Administer oxygen therapy and aerosol treatments; provide ventilator management under appropriate protocols.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures ordered by physicians, including ABGs and spirometry.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and coordinate care with the clinical team.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other clinicians to ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient care and test results in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and treatment plans.
• Follow safety protocols and mission-driven, patient-focused standards.
