Qualifications

• Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner license required.
• Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (NBRC) required; grandfathered candidates if hired before Mar 2026.
• BLS certification required; maintained.
• ACLS certification within 60 days of hire; maintained.
• PALS certification within 60 days of hire; maintained.
• Associate/B.S. degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Two years of acute care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory therapy and pulmonary diagnostic procedures as ordered by the physician.
• Assess, plan, implement and document care with age/population-specific considerations.
• Possibly lead the RCP section during a shift in the absence of a supervisor.
