Job summary

MedStar Health is seeking experienced PRN Critical Care Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for opportunities across our Baltimore and St. Mary’s region.

You’ll work alongside intensivists and multidisciplinary teams to care for critically ill patients in a flexible PRN arrangement. Qualified candidates must hold Maryland licensure (or eligibility), current BLS and ACLS, and have a minimum of one year of APP ICU/CCU experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of APP experience in an ICU/critical care setting.
• Maryland licensure (or eligibility) required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with intensivists, cardiothoracic surgeons, cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to manage critically ill patients.
• Provide high-quality patient care in a flexible PRN capacity across MedStar hospitals.

Work alongside intensivists, cardiothoracic surgeons, cardiologists, and multidisciplinary specialists to manage critically ill patients in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must be graduates of an accredited Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with Maryland licensure (or eligibility), current BLS and ACLS certification, and a minimum of one year of APP experience in an ICU/critical care setting.
