Job summary

University of Maryland Saint Joseph Medical Center in Towson, MD, seeks a part-time Critical Care NP or PA to join a 16-bed MSICU and 6-bed IMU, working with a Pulmonary and Critical Care team.

Candidates diagnose and implement care plans for acute and chronic ICU conditions; night shifts preferred. Must hold BLS and MD PA/NP licensure; Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong critical care patient management experience preferred.

Job Specifics

• Seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented NP/PA to work with a team of Pulmonary and Critical Care Providers.
• Applicants must have the ability to diagnose patients and implement a plan of care for acute and chronic health conditions in the intensive care unit.
• Closed Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit
• 16 bed MSICU, 6 bed Intermediate Care Unit
• Part-time position available. Night-shift availability is preferred.

Qualifications

Education

• 4 year / Bachelor’s Degree: Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner (Required)
• Master’s Degree (Preferred)

• Registration from Maryland State Board of Physicians (Required)
• Nurse Practitioner License with Maryland Board of Nursing (required)

Experience And Skills
