ICC Healthcare (Intensive Care Consortium) seeks a PRN experienced acute care NP or physician assistant to support two Richmond facilities: Henrico Doctors' Hospital and Johnston Willis Hospital. The role emphasizes critical care procedures and ICU coverage with day shifts and 12-hour shifts.

Proficiency in central and arterial line placement, intubations, dialysis catheter access, and management of mechanical ventilation is required, with credentialing supported by ICC Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Acute care certified NP or PA required.
• ICU APP experience with proficiency in critical care procedures.
• Willingness to cover PRN shifts (up to 10 per month).
• 12-hour day shifts across two Richmond sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care coverage at two Richmond facilities.
• Perform routine critical care procedures within credentialing (central/arterial lines, intubations, dialysis catheter access, ventilation management).
• Work PRN shifts, up to 10 per month, across Henrico Doctors' Hospital and Johnston Willis Hospital.

Job Summary

Qualified Candidates

• Acute care certified NP or Physician Assistant
• ICU APP experience and Critical Care procedural experience required
• APP providers must be proficient with and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, intubations, dialysis catheter access, and management of mechanical ventilation.
• Ability to work PRN, up to 10 shifts a month needed and available
• 12-hour shifts, day shift only
• Interest and ability to cover 2 sites of care in Richmond Market
