This role supports post-acute care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and therapy services within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, guiding exercises, documenting progress, and educating patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques.

Qualificações

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of practice.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in rehabilitation or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
