Job summary

CommuniCare Rehab, part of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, has a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) opening at Morgantown Healthcare Center. You will work as an in-house team member, supporting residents to improve motor skills and independence, with opportunities to treat at multiple locations within the network.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) education, obtained in an accredited two-year associate degree program.
• Hold a valid or pending State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to improve quality of life by helping them compensate for limitations.
• Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and collaboration with the Occupational Therapist.
• Educate treatment staff and other team members involved in the plan, including family consultation and training.
