Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing treatment plans.
• Guide residents through ADLs and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor progress and document treatments per facility policy.
• Communicate with therapists, nursing staff, and physicians.
• Maintain resident safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Support a positive, resident-centered rehabilitation environment.
