Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Randolph, NJ is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our assisted living community. This role focuses on patient-centered therapy from Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends.

You will implement treatment plans, monitor progress, document outcomes, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote independence and quality care. Qualifications include an Associate's degree in OTA, NBCOT certification, and current NJ licensure

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification and current NJ licensure or eligibility.
• Experience in occupational therapy settings preferred, new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy based on OTA treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes per facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and educate patients and families.
• Assist with activities of daily living and therapeutic tasks as directed.
