The Caring Place in Franklin, PA is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic therapy team. You will implement the plan of care under the direction of the OTR/L and physician, delivering high-quality therapy services to residents seeking to maintain independence and function.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in OTA, possess an active state license, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Formación

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Implement the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician.
• Deliver excellence in quality of care.
• Assist with patient screenings, documentation, and progress notes.
