Onyx Health Consulting is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to deliver treatment services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist as part of personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice in Florida.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides Occupational Therapy services to patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Assists the Occupational Therapist in the evaluation process as needed or directed.
• Identifies indications for and assists in evaluations at appropriate intervals under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assists the Occupational Therapist in identifying a problem list, short term goals, long term goals and treatment plan.
• Conducts individual, supervised and group treatment as assigned by the Occupational Therapist.
