Job Summary and Qualifications

Qualifications needed:

• Associate’s degree or certificate from a community or vocational/technical college.
• Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) certification.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured vehicle in good working order, compliant with state and organizational requirements.
