Anchor Post Acute in North Augusta/Aiken area is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN shifts. The role supports the OT, helps residents improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence, and maintains accurate treatment documentation in a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehab setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (COTA).
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina COTA license.
• Proficient with Net Health and PointClickCare software.

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with resident treatment plans.
• Help residents improve daily living skills, mobility and independence.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and communicate progress.
