Job summary

Anchor Post Acute is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN time to join our Therapy Team in Aiken, South Carolina.

The role supports residents' rehab, assists with treatment plans, documents accurately, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team. Applicants should have an accredited COTA program diploma and SC license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program.
• Proficient in computer skills for Net Health and Point Click Care.
• Active, unencumbered South Carolina COTA license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with resident treatment plans.
• Help residents improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home programs.
