Job summary

Premier Therapy in Olean, NY is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. You will provide skilled treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist and support goals outlined in established plans of care.

Qualified applicants have graduated from an accredited OTA program and hold or are eligible for COTA licensure in NY; PRN scheduling offers 1–9 hours per week and as needed for patient care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current COTA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled treatment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Follow established plans of care and treatment goals.
• Monitor and communicate patient progress.
• Collaborate with the care team and complete required documentation.
