Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Clearwater, FL is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a compassionate, interdisciplinary team delivering patient-centered care in a partner long-term care facility.

You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, collaborate with the care team, and document progress in compliance with regulatory standards. Florida licensure with NBCOT certification is required or eligible; new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTA.
• Current Florida COTA licensure or eligibility to practice.
• Experience in an occupational therapy setting preferred; new graduates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents to improve function, mobility, and quality of life.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
