Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified occupational therapy assistant to join our dynamic team in Kenosha, WI. Working under an OT, you will help implement individualized treatment plans and support patients through all phases of OT care to achieve functional outcomes.

You will document patient responses, discuss progress with the OT and rehab team, and help operate standard OT equipment. This role emphasizes collaboration, patient-centered care, and ongoing communication with facility

Qualifications

• Assist patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
