You will help treat patients by following individualized plans of care, documenting progress, discussing treatments, and coordinating with the therapist, rehab director, and facility staff to ensure high-quality outcomes. The role emphasizes hands-on therapy, equipment use, and adherence to safety protocols in Milwaukee clinics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient’s particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
