Job summary

Autumn Lake at Greenfield in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support residents in improving independence and daily living skills. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team.

You will provide OT treatments, assist residents with ADLs, mobility and functional activities, and document progress while communicating changes to the supervising therapist.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin COTA license required
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Assist residents with ADLs, strength, coordination, mobility, and functional activities
• Follow individualized treatment plans and monitor resident response
• Communicate progress and relevant changes to the supervising therapist
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff to support resident goals
