Integrated Health 21 is seeking a Biometric Health Screener for corporate wellness events in Grand Rapids, MI. This PRN 1099 contractor role involves assisting with biometric screenings at on-site events, including height, weight, and blood pressure measurements, fingerstick blood collection, and cholesterol/glucose testing using Cholestech LDX or CardioChek.

Qualificações

• CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Interest in preventive health and corporate wellness is a plus.
• Willingness to measure height, weight, and blood pressure per protocol.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming participants and guiding them through the screening process.
• Measuring height, weight and resting blood pressure.
• Performing fingerstick capillary blood collection.
• Using Cholestech LDX and CardioChek to measure cholesterol and glucose.
• Recording results accurately using tablets or paper forms.
• Maintaining participant privacy and confidentiality.
• Following infection-control and safety procedures.
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown.
