Responsibilities
  1. Accurately and efficiently prepare a variety of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including portioning and cooking.
  2. Assist in food and final plate preparation, garnishing, and presentation.
  3. Serve as a liaison for the Dietary Manager in their absence to ensure meal prep and delivery accuracy.
  4. Follow standardized recipes and maintain high culinary standards.
  5. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas before and after food service.
  6. Manage inventory, assist with purchasing, and rotate stock appropriately.
  7. Develop recipes and ensure compliance with dietary guidelines.
  8. Handle last-minute requests for special events as needed.
