Qualifications

• Must have Montana CNA certification upon hire.
• BLS required within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs and care as delegated by RN.
• Receive daily report by 0830 or 2030 to coordinate plan of care.
• Document all ADLs for each patient every shift.
• Respond to lights/intercom to determine patient needs.
• Assist with feeding, mobility, and transports.
