Qualifications

• Current Montana CNA certificate required.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire or before independent patient care.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Understand HIPAA confidentiality rules in provider-patient relations.
• Driver's license required for driving portion; driving record clean for 36 months; vehicle liability coverage as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and assists in delivery of basic patient care under supervision.
• Coordinates workloads and patient priorities with leadership.
• Performs CNA assessments and notes abnormal vitals to stakeholders.
• Maintains patient privacy per Logan Health policies.
• Assist with activities of daily living and document care.
• Manage supplies, restock, maintain equipment for safety and cleanliness.
• Support Medicare/compliance and day-to-day operations.
• Contribute to a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
