Job summary

Perham Health in Perham, MN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support Med/Surg patients with daily living activities and compassionate patient care. This casual/PRN role offers meaningful hands-on work in a collaborative hospital setting.

You will monitor patient status, report changes to licensed staff, assist with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while delivering quality care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Nurse aide with Minnesota CNA certification.
• Ability to care for Med/Surg patients' personal needs and observe patient status.
• Willingness to work casual/PRN shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to licensed staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and stock supplies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality patient care.
