Job summary

Maggie Valley Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated PRN CNA to provide compassionate direct care for residents in Maggie Valley, NC. You will assist with ADLs, monitor conditions, and help maintain safety and comfort in a dynamic, inclusive setting.

As a CNA, you will document care, support care plans with the multidisciplinary team, and contribute to ongoing quality improvements. A positive attitude and caring approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• Ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer and reposition patients.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• HS diploma not required; positive attitude and commitment to care are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including ADLs such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with transferring and repositioning patients as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and services provided.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.
