Job summary

Bolingreen Health & Rehab in Macon, GA is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) PRN to join a dedicated team. You will support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, assist with mobility and transfers, and monitor residents for changes in condition, all while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork with nurses and interdisciplinary staff, a heart for service, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Georgia or eligible)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and a commitment to excellence
Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care
Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
