Job summary

Bolingreen Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate team. You will help residents with daily tasks and provide dignified, patient-centered care. Work with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to support mobility, monitor changes, and maintain a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (GA) certification or eligibility.
Heart for service and patient care.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Reliable and committed to excellence.
Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
Foster a respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and staff.
