Priority Management is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for Windmill Village Rehabilitation and Care Center in Lubbock, TX. This PRN role supports our care teams in delivering compassionate daily living assistance to residents.

You will help residents with activities of daily living, ensure safety, and collaborate with nursing staff to provide high-quality care. Strong English communication and a current Texas CNA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have current Nurse Aide certification and be in good standing with the Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsabilités

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Ensure resident safety at all times.
• Bathe, groom, and assist with personal care as assigned.
• Follow the resident assignment schedule as directed by the charge nurse.
• Assist or transfer residents as required and respond to call lights promptly.
• Aid in feeding residents and ensure comfort and nutrition.
• Maintain clean, dry, and safe living areas for residents.
• Support a protective and respectful environment for residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in order to promote resident independence and dignity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• To assure resident safety.
• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, nail care of any residents assigned
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse
• Lift, move and transfer residents as required
• Answer call lights in a timely manner
• Assist or feed residents
• Keep resident clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents
• Other duties as assigned
