Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Big Horn Rehabilitation and Care Center is looking for an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the long-term care unit at our beautiful skilled nursing facility. The primary purpose of the position is to ensure the highest quality of resident care available, support staff, and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Eduro Healthcare values.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) care for residents
• Reporting observations of the patient to nursing supervisor
• Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Answering patients’ call lights and requests
• Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing
• Preparing patients for transfers or discharge
• Comply to all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care
• Observance of patient diet restrictions as prescribed by the physician
• Assist in the provision of emergency care

• Schedule: PRN
• Location: Sheridan, Wyoming

Skills And Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license issued by Wyoming required
• BLS certification from the AHA required
