The Gardens of Cedar Rapids is seeking a caring CNA to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personal care to frail elderly residents and those with dementia, under the delegation of the Director of Nursing. You will help residents maintain independence while building trusting relationships with residents and their families.

Formación

• Current CNA certification is preferred.
• Candidates should be passionate about compassionate care for frail elderly and dementia patients.

Our PRN/CNA’s provide personal care needs as delegated by the Director of Nursing and encourage residents to be as independent as possible while developing positive relationships with residents and their families.
