Job summary

Trios Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for urgent care clinics in Washington on PRN shifts. The role involves assisting with patient assessments under physician and nurse supervision and performing basic diagnostic procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient assessments and treatments under supervision.
• Perform basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection; monitor and communicate changes in patient condition; document patient care provided.
• Maintain equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting; maintain examination areas.
• Perform administrative or clerical duties such as filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
• Apply critical thinking and decisive judgment, working with minimal supervision.
• Work effectively in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
