Job summary

Trios Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for our urgent care clinic on PRN shifts. You will support physicians and nurses with patient assessments, basic procedures, and registration.

Requirements include a high school diploma, current Washington CMA license, and BLS within 30 days of hire. Wage is $21.56–$28.02 per hour, with benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians or nurses with patient assessments and treatments.
• Perform basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection; monitor patient condition and document care.
• Maintain equipment and medical supplies, reorder stock, clean exam areas and keep spaces orderly.
• Carry out administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.

How you'll contribute:

• Under the supervision of physicians or nurses, assists with performing patient assessments and treatments.
• Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection. Monitors and communicates changes in patient condition. Documents patient care.
• Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting. Maintains examination areas.
• Performs administrative or clerical duties as assigned, including filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Washington CMA License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
